The 2009 Nebbiolo Grapes international conference is drawing near.
After the success of the first and the second editions, that took place in Valtellina and Piedmont,
feverish preparations for the third edition – which will be held in Sondrio, Valtellina, on 27-28-29 March 2009 - are under way.
77 producers of Nebbiolo from four continents and over 90 accredited journalists from more than ten
countries joined the 2004 event, which gave birth to the international paper dedicated to the wines coming from the nebbiolo grapes.
The 2009 Nebbiolo Grapes will represent an excellent opportunity to carry on that project coming back in Valtellina.
We would like to announce that the conference –
that will represent furthermore an occasion to receive the 2006
Nebbiolo Grapes Acts - will be divided into some technical, marketing and communication sessions. The wine tasting won't be missing:
it will be organized into two different moments: one dedicated to the press and operators and the other one to the public. The visit of the
splendid territory of Valtellina will be part of the programme, too.
